Testimonials
Looking back at the inagural Nth show, I remember the experiences that made this show one of a kind. Being in an a relaxed and intimate setting with other connisseurs that share a true passion for whisky. Nosing and tasting ultra premium drams and rare editions from exclusive distilleries; some of which, sadly, are lost to history. Seeing a man’s dream come alive to put together not just a whisky experience, but The Nth Experience. Attending expert Masterclasses taught by the likes of Richard Paterson. All of that pales; however, to the VIP experience. Being a VIP, I truly was treated as as such. Being able to fully appreciate all of the Super Pours, would have been enough of a true VIP experience. The true priceless value came in the one on one time with the Brand Ambassadors, Master Blenders, and Distillery Owners. Where else but at the Universal Whisky Experience could I say that I am one of the first Americans to taste Macallan’s Masters of Photography, and Bowmore’s new 40 year old? The only ironic thing about the show, is receiving a thank you card and invitation to next years show in the mail. No, I should thank you for the best two days in my whisky life and save a spot for next year.”

I want to thank you for organizing a truly fantastic whisky event in LasVegas last month ! The Nth was indeed THE Ultimate Whisky Experience! I have attended many different whisky events over the years, but this one was the “creme de la creme”, primarily because of the vast number of high end and rare whiskies all “in one place”! There were no “maddening crowds”, only serious single malt aficionados whose singular purpose was to taste, discuss and savor the finest of rare high quality malts. All attendees were well rewarded with an exceedingly generous conglomeration of these goodies! On a personal note I must confess, that I for one, “ascended into Heaven” even though I was still very much on earth!
I am already looking forward to next years’ event on March 2-3, 2012 at the Encore in LasVegas.
My very best wishes for continued success,

I just wanted to say thank you for such a wonderful experience! The whisky selection was fantastic, and the super pour was a dream come true. The distillers were very helpful and very knowledgeable, and I had a great time.

Mahesh:
Thank you so much for putting together what can only be described as the best whisky tasting event in the country and probably in the world. In fact, I hesitate to compare it to any others, as it was truly in a class of its own. Where else does one have the opportunity to sample such a broad array of whiskey’s of this caliber in one show ?
This first class event was beyond comparison. What set this show apart from all others was more than just the line up of unique whisky’s which would alone have made this show stand out from all others. What impressed me most, was the attention to detail that ensured that all who attended where treated to a five star experience. Everything from the engraved crystal cut tasting glasses to the “Superpour” experiences put this event in a class of its own. I have the calendar marked for next year’s show.
Many thanks,

Universal Whisky Experience, when Mahesh first told me that he was going to be doing a whisky show I did inwardly think oh great another whisky show just what we need, and he assured me it would be different and more exciting. I thought yes here we go I have heard all this before, but Mahesh and his team certainly did make a very special show, a show within a show that is Las Vegas.
To be able to go to an event even as an exhibitor and taste 30,40,50,60 and 70 years old whisky is truly amazing. The people, the venue, and of course the whiskies were all truly amazing.
A dream for any whisky lover to attend.
Will I be back next year? Well there is no such thing as a sure bet especially in Vegas, except on my likelihood of attending.

Dear Mahesh,
Once again I would like to congratulate you and your staff on an exceptional presentation perfectly executed for the Universal Whisky Experience held here in Las Vegas.
The Master Classes were without exception amongst the best I have covered, with such an array of professional international speakers representing the world’s most exclusive whisky in the most exclusive property in Las Vegas, Encore Las Vegas.
The Grand Tasting exhibitors were equally as exciting, bringing together the most exclusive brands in the world, along with their owners, distillers, and brand managers under one roof for the most educational night I can remember in a long time.
Since the Universal Whisky Experience, I have had a chance to be in contact with a number of other guests who attended, and every one of them has had nothing but great comments on all sessions they had attended and look forward to the next event in 2012. I as well, will look forward to attending again in 2012, and now have many whisky connoisseurs, collectors and enthusiasts who missed the event, and who will not miss the next one. Thank you, and see you soon again here in Las Vegas. Best Regards,

Universal Whisky Experience 2011, My two cents:
I collect scotch whisky, I drink scotch whisky, I attend events to try new whisky and to meet the people who share my passion.
I am very proud to have attended this inaugaural event, at the Wynn Encore in Las Vegas, and if every tasting was like this we would all be spoiled. (as we should be)
The selection of high quality, rare and old expressions was greater than the combination of the previous 25 events I have attended.
To be in the same room with master blenders, brand ambassadors, distillery owners, serious collectors and the true afficionado’s of whisky was a real honor. The highlight (and expensive) moment of the evening was my wife (not a whisky drinker) being introduded to single malts, by Richard Paterson, who politely opens and pours her a 40 year old Dalmore and teaches her how to nose, taste and to find the nuances in each. Richard’s time and attention are valuable and she and I were duly impressed that he took such care and time. Thanks Richard, she likes scotch, as long as 40 years old or older, I will send you a bill.
Mahesh Patel’s shared passion for great whiskies was truly displayed well with the time and attention that he put into this, THE whisky event of whisky events.
I was ever more impressed by the offerings of each distillery, bottler and ambassador and their ability to explain how these things came to be, in the Master Classes that were offered on Saturday. I have now idea how Mahesh can top this, but be sure, I will be there in 2012 to witness it for myself. Thank you Mahesh for all of your hard work and efforts. You have set a new Gold Standard for Whisky Events!!
