The Restaurant

Joel Robuchon restaurant in Las Vegas, located inside the Mansion Hotel at MGM Grand, is a culinary jewel. To dine here is an unforgettable benchmark and once-in-a-lifetime experience. The restaurant’s limited seating creates the intimacy one can expect from Joel Robuchon. This is the first – and only – three-Michelin star Guide Winner in Las Vegas and the only Joel Robuchon fine dining restaurant in the United States.

The restaurant setting is intimate; holding only a dozen tables. The atmosphere is as if you’re entering a luxurious house rather than a restaurant; with hanging chandelier and chairs filled with plush royal purple pillows. The restaurant’s world-famous chef and namesake, Joel Robuchon , is known in his native France as “Chef of the Century”.

And the Experience

Complimentary Limo service to and from the Encore Hotel. The guests will be picked up from the Encore lobby at 7:00pm.

The limo ride will give a glimpse into another part of the MGM Grand that is not usually viewable to the general public. The limo will take you to the private entrance of the Mansion where you’ll relax in the glass atrium, viewing the villas, fountains, and lush greens. These grounds are reserved for stars and high rollers invited to stay at the villas.

Once you’ve arrived, the hostess will greet you and escort you through the private sections of the Mansion at MGM on your way to the restaurant. Guests will be greeted with a cocktail reception at 7:30pm.

Diageo has created an unparalleled seven-course dinner paired with selections from some of their rarest and richest single malts.

Master Global Ambassador For Diageo, will serve as your host for the evening, alongside Mahesh Patel, providing insights into The Classic Malts Brand, history and the overall whisky industry.

The dinner will be arrayed like art objects on gorgeous French porcelain. Every course will be packed with intense flavor and premium ingredients including truffle, caviar, saffron, and foie gras. Rich but not heavy, Chef Robuchon’s creations will delight with adventurous but not shocking delicacies.
