All ticket sales for any Universal Whisky Experience tastings or events are final, with no refunds or cancellations permitted. Any counterfeit tickets will be canceled, and you must bring a physical copy of your ticket to the event.
You must be at least 21 years old and present a valid photo ID to buy tickets at the venue. Alcohol consumption should be done responsibly and moderately; rude or disruptive behavior won’t be accepted.
Dress code is business casual at all times.
Finally, you are prohibited from taking alcohol from the event in the form of samples, sample bottles, or full bottles. This complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
We reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, to accept, reject, or prohibit registration or attendance at any of our events. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that you have read and agree to the privacy policy of Universal Whisky Experience. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in your expulsion from the event.
